The Euphrates was Mighty

Now we have identified the Zambezi as a good candidate as for being the River Euphrates, a very important River mentioned many places in the Bible. We refer you to our studies of the 4 Rivers of Paradise for more information on these. Now for this article, does the River have the same size as it used to back in the day? Or did something go down. Climate change instigated by SoNiNi? Did He not say He would make these areas an utter wasteland, including Jerusalem? Did He withdraw His presence from there like He said He would? Did he retain the water. We think so. And there are Scriptures to back this up, first from Prophet Jeremia (Jeremiah 7,34):

34 I will bring an end to the sounds of joy and gladness and to the voices of bride and bridegroom in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem, for the land will become desolate."

It would explain the state of the lands today, empty and run over by jackals. We can see more from Prophet Ezekiel (Ezekiel 33,28-29):

28 I will make the land a desolate waste, and her proud strength will come to an end, and the mountains of Israel will become desolate so that no one will cross them. 29 Then they will know that I am SoNiNi naNiNi, when I have made the land a desolate waste because of all the detestable things they have done.’

There are more historical segments that will build up the theory that Jerusalem was lastly Destroyed properly by the Romans, and then as the years passed the water in the area evaporated. But before that happened, we can read from the likes of Josephus that a lot of Hebrews (Bantus) fled and many here killed. Then, after the area became waterless, the people left and jackals moved in. And we will offer a theory that it, along with then lands around, to the north and south - they also have dried up. It only strengthens our theory when we read Isaiah, it makes you wonder if He can bring flood, He can bring drought. Nothing is out of control for SoNiNi naNiNi (Isaiah 8,5-8):

5 SoNiNi spoke to me again:
“Because this people has rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah and rejoices over Rezin and the son of Remaliah, therefore SoNiNi is about to bring against them the mighty floodwaters of the Euphrates -  the king of Assyria with all his pomp. It will overflow all its channels, run over all its banks and sweep on into Judah, swirling over it, passing through it and reaching up to the neck. Its outspread wings will cover the breadth of your land, Immanuel”

Now, there is a lot to go through here. Lets start with the fact that Isaiah mentioned the name of a person that was to be born years later, Immanuel. Which means SoNiNi is with us (God is with us). El is ancient Babylonian for God but was used in the vernacular Hebrew, and it was just as normal for people to use as we say Lord or God today. Why Isaiah mentions this is interesting, we can't say we see it occur more places in Isaiah 8 (one more time in verse 10), so it is truly interesting that this River can overflow with water from time. That being said, Readers of this blog will know that we have said more than a couple of times that - The Rains are coming. Proper rain. And we believe some inland lakes again will reappear where we used to have larger bodies of water. And perhaps a great cleans of people is bound to happen as well. Places like Red Sea, perhaps an inland African lake, that was said to hold Solomons seaports would be large land areas that may reappear again. And it stands to reason that it will start with this River and lakes again filling out. A great cleans perhaps, and don't ask us about it as we don´t know why, but it may be necessary, especially in the Promised Land. Now we know that things do move in cycles, if SoNiNi took the rains away from an area He can certainly bring it back.

Now we can see from Isaiah that he warned for coming floods in lands that were close to Juda, that would start in Assyria.

Have a look at the Basin map we have included on the right. Gives the imagination some idea about the Zambezi Basin (as it is called today). An area certainly vulnerable to flash floods and droughts. People in the region blame this on climate change, and we would agree. But the change is being brought on By SoNiNi and He withdrawing His presence from a place. As described in the Bible, He was to do this to Egypt and Babylon for their sins against His people. Among others. And certainly, these areas of South Sudan and Somalia, but also deep into West Africa and Assyria, ancient Nubia and modern-day Egypt have suffered from just that, a lack of water or to much water at the wrong times. We can easily see the lands from Angola and down would fill out very quickly, as a lot of them are lowlands if serious water started either coming out of the ground or from the sky. Some of these areas will become either a lake or a series of inland lakes. Now these areas as we can see in the image, Angola, Zambia, Namibia and Botswana are especially prone to floods and droughts, and its like the weather can not make up its mind there. It's either to much or not enough water. The environmental effects are clear to be seen by all the governments that have to pick up the bill for when these "natural" disasters hit. We are not so sure about calling them anything other than prophecies that came to pass. Like SoNiNi said in Isaiah, He would indeed sweep the land, making it a marshland (Isaiah 14,22-25):

22 “I will rise up against them,” declares SoNiNi NaNiNi.“I will wipe out Babylon’s name and survivors, her offspring and descendants,”declares SoNiNi. 23 “I will turn her into a place for owls and into swampland;I will sweep her with the broom of destruction,” declares SoNiNi naNiNi.
24 SoNiNi naNiNi has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen. 25 I will crush the Assyrian in my land; on my mountains I will trample him down. His yoke will be taken from my people, and his burden removed from their shoulders.”

We can see the theme now, SoNiNi is behind the altered states of land in Africa and the world. And when He says it will happen, rest assured it will. So what they say about the Sahara being green and well-watered at one point, you better believe it. Now the areas we think are talked about here, are the Upper Zambezi in Angola (Zambezi basin), which includes the confluences of Cuando/Chobe Rivers in Botswana, region of Namibia, Kafue flats in Zambia, and the very interesting Lower Shire in Malawi AND lastly the Zambezi delta in Mozambique, these are all very prone to floods. We are now looking into the areas of lots of Biblical events and the actual places of the ancient civilizations.

So can we find proof? Well, when it comes to maps, we are just to late. We believe some of them exist but are tightly locked up or in private collections. Very few maps, we are thinking about the old maps, that actually do overlook the world from the East or a map with Jerusalem as the focal point, have indeed survived. So what proof are we left with, as to the Euphrates (Zambezi) having a different flow in ancient times? We believe many Rivers used to be larger and held more water. And if we go to the Fra Mauro Map we can see that there used to be a River that almost cut the lower parts of Africa, straight in half. Euphrates is that you?

Now by looking at this map, you can see, there is a huge River that cuts in and through the lower parts of what seems to be East Africa and runs all the way over to lower Central West Africa. Perhaps in ancient times the River Euphrates even went all the way up to West Africas. And there are quotes that the Niger was called Eufrate at some point, in old lexicons. That would change things for sure. The Biblical landscape then, would encompass most of Africa. For now, we are sticking with the theory of Zambezi as remains of Euphrates, but how far up it went we don't know. Now we have an article looming on this Fra Mauro map, as it shows castles and some interesting Biblical locations, like Berea not far from Durban or the one in Lesotho. We will go through them as best we can. But for now, lets focus on the size of that River cutting Africa in half. Why is that so? The easy answer is, Africa as a continent held more water back in the day. We believe it is as easy as that. And SoNiNi has dried up the waters just as He has dried up His people. And when we know that the waters diminish and grow in cycles at the Commands of SoNiNi, then we must not be surprised for when they star to fill in again. Imvula Iyanetha... His People will again be well watered. And as we know the people of an area will very often dictate its weather. It is a Spiritual thing certainly but look into it. Be there dry people with dry theories about this and that. In short perhaps we can call it bad philosophies or just a bad take on things in general, there is a desert not far away. SoNiNi has shown us that People will dictate the weather or the other way around. The Spirit within them will tell you all about them, according to their weather.

Now then the Zambian coastal flooded savanna includes the deltas of the Zambezi (Euhprates), Pungwe, Buzi and Save Rivers. And these rivers come and go in size depending on the dry or wet season. Now were these Rivers always this way in their size and flow, or have they changed their ebb and flows? We think they have because SoNiNi said so.

So in these areas, floodplains of Pungwe and Buzi, have a flooded area that stretches over large Savannahs in the region. We believe these are traces of the much larger amounts of water even lakes that used to be in these areas. If you look into the construction of the Kariega Dam which was completed in 1959, you will see even these man-made bodies of water seriously altered the ecology of the Zambezi. Now in our opinion, there are only two good candidates for being the modern name of the ancient old River Euphrates. Those are the Limpopo River and the Zambezi, and with all these floodplains and larger bodies of water missing, we think the latter is a likely candidate. And it was much much larger, perhaps even larger than the Fra Maro map indicated. More in next article.

Imvula Iyanetha people. In just the right amounts.
